 Not taking technical difficulties into account, I would expect something
 like the following schedule:

 - setup ID (prim only)
 - find relative density minimum (if required, evolution thorn)
 - apply atmosphere (evolution thorn)
 - prim2con (evolution thorn)

 At this point, everything should be setup for evolution. GRHydro does an
 additional con2prim after that, but that shouldn't hurt.
