Comment (by knarf):

 Does Cactus currently output how many MPI processes have been used for
 each test separately? We would need that in order to not get confused
 about how many processes have in fact been used because with this patch it
 might be different to what has been specified.

 Also, can we have this tested before a commit: Are mpi implementations
 going to choke on specifying more processes in mpirun than have been
 requested using the queue?
