 The ones using Infiniband usually do in my experience, at least if you
 were to actually ask for more processes than there are cores on the node.
 I tried this occasionally when trying to debug something that needed many
 cores but not much memory on the clusters where you can get an interactive
 node (ranger,zwicky,kraken [I believe]).
