 As discussed in today (2013-12-02) ET call: Instead of including it as is,
 rename to MultiPatchBase or JacobianBase and include as a "base" thorn
 similar to ADMBase that defines the interface. Llama's Coordinates thorn
 would then inherit from this thorn.
