 When building a Cactus project that contains errors in Mojave, the error
 messages should be converted into hyperlinks which allow you to go
 directly to the file and line where the error occurred. I mistakenly
 thought the problem was specific to the Mac, but it turns out that it has
 to do with whether the source files are inside the Eclipse workspace or
 not.

 The fix I've checked in not only corrects this problem, but it moves the
 cursor to the position of the error inside the line.
