Changes (by hinder):

  * priority:  minor => major
  * status:  new => confirmed


Comment:

 Increasing priority to major, since this can lead to reproducibility
 issues when the number of processors is changed, and can cause people to
 spend a lot of time looking for the problem.  It would be good to
 implement this before the next release.
