 Ok, we could let GetComponents switch https to http if this client is
 detected. We might be able to see this from 'svn --version', but really
 svn isn't to blame here, but an incomplete openssl installation. 'openssl
 version' might give us a clue, but again - we really would have to check
 if svn uses an openssl without certificates. This seems to be quite
 complicated. Maybe we can simply blacklist the default OSX svn client
 (regardless of openssl configuration), and in that case switch to http?
