 If you don't like the Cactus formatting style -- please update it. I don't
 like it either.

 I would go as far as suggesting that we just run {{{clang-format}}} on the
 source tree, and accept the output. Bikeshedding is easily possible via a
 file {{{.clang-format}}}, where one can set hundreds of options.

 Personally, I've stopped worrying about source code formatting. I'm
 running {{{clang-format}}} after saving a file, accepting the default
 options, and the result is just fine. Makes editing actually much faster
 -- no more worrying about indenting, line lengths, spaces, or line breaks.
