 Please apply. Possibly add a comment near line 539
 (https://bitbucket.org/cactuscode/cactus/pull-request/7/cactus-output-
 scheduled-routine-when/diff#Lsrc/main/WarnLevel.cT539) to indicate that
 NULL really should be cctkGH but that the interpolator is not passed that
 information so this may break in the future.
