 That's going to be a little more complicated. Right now, both the manifest
 and bibtex subdirs are subversion externals. This would be no problem if
 we would host on github which provides svn checkout even from git repos.
 Bitbucket afaik, doesn't. I'll have to change the update script to
 specifically add the git repos.
