 I see nans in the constraints {{{ML_Ham}}}, {{{ML_Mom}}} already
 initially, for a unigrid multi-block Minkowski setup. I assume that
 boundary conditions are not applied correctly. You can see this my
 outputting the constraints in the parameter file attached to
 <https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/2030>.
