 Currently, the ET release notes say to clone the new release from scratch.
 It would be good to be able to upgrade an existing ET checkout.  Any
 solution should address the issue of what to do with existing committed
 and uncommitted changes in each repository (otherwise there is little
 benefit over checking out from scratch).
