 There is still something wrong with cactuscode.org (though the 4.4.0
 release announcement now seems ok). The first link in the
 http://cactuscode.org sidebar:

 }}}
 points to http://cactuscode.org/media/news/ET_2018_02/ (so far so good)
 which however is titled 'Einstein Toolkit "Hack" Release'. Date and
 signatures seem to be ok though (or at least possible).
