No longer happens as of git hash [b63528e7](https://bitbucket.org/cactuscode/cactus/commits/b63528e751b3d8e7bcf0114f902a0868ac39020b) "Cactus: add tabularx LaTeX package" of [cactus](https://bitbucket.org/cactuscode/cactus) which includes the missing packages in `cactus.sty`.
