That is because the URL doesn't point to the repository but to it's
checkout on the web server. The correct URL would be

   https://svn.einsteintoolkit.org/www/release-info/

(It's part of the www repository, so if you do have that checked out
already it's all you need).

I corrected the URL on the wiki.
