[Users] Cannot check out release info

Shouldn't we add this info into einsteitoolkit.th or its development
version? Something in the lines of:

# www repository
!TARGET   = $ROOT
!TYPE     = svn
!URL      = https://svn.einsteintoolkit.org/$1
!CHECKOUT = www
