[Users] ET svn server

Hi,

The subversion server of the ET (svn.einsteintoolkit.org and
svn.cactuscode.org) will be down today for about 5-10 minutes to upgrade
it's memory from 1 to 2GB. This will (hopefully) help with it's speed,
especially under heavy load.
