[Users] making kranc scripts available with (and consistent with) EinsteinToolkit

There are currently essentially two versions of the ET -- the stable version
to which you refer, and the development version. Very soon (days?) there
will also be a new stable version. You are probably best off not mixing
thorns between these versions, at least not without some insider information
about what changed in the mean time.

Your best bet would be to start with the development version of the ET thorn
list, available as described on <
http://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Getting_Started_for_Cactus_Experts>.
This thorn list is stored in a different branch (the "trunk") of the same
svn repository.
