[Users] trac spam

Hi,

Spam started to appear in the ET bug tracker, so we installed a
spam-filter plugin. We didn't take the time to configure it in a nice
way yet, and it doesn't support captchas as it is now. Please let us
know if you have problems because of this. The last thing we want is
people not using it because of a lot of false positives.
