[Users] CRL syntax highlighting for TextMate

Hi all,

I just put together a simple syntax highlighting bundle for the 
Component Retrieval Language (the thornlists use this) in TextMate. If 
anyone else uses TextMate, please grab the bundle from the GetComponents 
repository on GitHub <https://github.com/gridaphobe/GetComponents>. 
Currently it recognizes comments, directives, and $ variables.
