Yes, this seems like a good idea. There needs to be an "automatic"
upgrade path, so that people with the current checkout can just use
(the existing) GetComponents to get the new version; if this is not
possible, there should be an error message. On the other hand, if the
existing version is deleted from svn, and the new version then not
correctly checked out, this is inconvenient...
