[Users] Possible Carpet issue with Maxwell version of ET

prolongation='none' is one of the possibilities; there are other
prolongation types, e.g. sync, restrict, or copy.

To find out what is going on, we need to find out which thorn called on
Carpet to interpolate in time for what reason. A stack backtrace or similar
information would be useful.
