[Users] new CarpetIOASCII/src/util/Carpet2ygraph.pl

Hello,
if there are no other comments or developments on this topic, could
Bruno's patch be put in the Carpet repository? Or maybe is it
necessary/suggested that Bruno opens a TRAC ticket?
