Present were: Frank, Roland, Peter, Tanja, Josh, Bruno, Yosef,
Philipp, Peter, Steve, Erik
ET workshop:
* overall participant response was that the hands on sessions were more
useful than the lecture parts, more focus on hands on sessions was requested
* maybe combine NR and GR lectures into one next time
* propose to have a similar beginners workshop again next spring (in a
different location), but do not tie the developers workshops to a
similar schedule
* for star tracking hands on:
** start students off with code that has two star moving
** provide information about scheduling (eg. in Cactus talk)
upcoming ET release:
* new thorns: ADMMass, SphericalSlice, Outflow, OpenCL support thorns
* apply patch in ticket #868 (Bruno) before including OpenMPI thorn
* remove thorns from thornlist: EOS_G and sub-eos thorns (not used by
anything/anyone), ML_BSSN_O2 and helpers (same effect can be achieved
via parameters of ML_BSSN now)
* announce removal of: LegoExcision, ADM (will require changes to test
suites)
* ask Christian Reisswig about SpEC data reader for CCE, SpEC group for
example wave data (Roland)
* new machines to test on: Forge (Jian Tao), Surveyor (Erik)
* testsuites: please have a look at

* please look at the current release critical bugs
