[Users] changing CarpetRegrid2 parameters for ETK Maxwell + mercurial Carpet?

OK, I reran again, with veryverbose and CarpetLib::output_bboxes=yes. Much
larger output -- about 3GB in toto, Tarred + Zipped to about 271MB, is now
on WebDrive:
