Hi

Please consider joining the weekly Einstein Toolkit phone call at
10 am US central time on Mondays. As usual, you can find instructions
how to join on the following web site:

   http://einsteintoolkit.org/community/support/

I short: the number is (+1) 225-578-4942 or (+1) 866-573-0359 and
         the conference id is 118682#.

The main topic will be the organization of the next ET release. In
particular, this means we will discuss:

- The number of tickets pending review is quite high (18), please
  help reviewing [1]
- This is a particularly good time to introduce large changes if useful
or necessary. This could mean e.g.:
  - The old library mechanism in Cactus (e.g. HDF5=yes) could not be
    removed.
  - The thorns ADM and LegoExcision could be removed from the ET.
  - Erik requested to restructure ADMBase (needs discussion).
  - Other old code could be removed as well, for example:
    - Is anyone still using FishEye - with GRHydro - or anywhere?
    - ADMMacros - what's a good replacement?
    - Static conformal factor: is it still used by anyone?
    - Name your least-favorite code here
- We should start thinking about a second ET workshop this year. This
should be a developer workshop. To be discussed asap:
  - topic
  - time
  - location
- I would like to know what the current status of multipatch is,
especially in terms of making it publicly available (in incoming
or trunk or some other place).

Activity last week: 17 issues changed and still open, 5 issues closed:
- ADMBase timelevel parameters should be steerable
- out of bounds array access in thorn ADM
- add support for CarpetInterp2 to InterpToArray
- Enable Simfactory to use CACTUS_CONFIGS_DIR
- NullEvol_InitialData.F90 triggers Fortran exception

As usual, feel free to add to this agenda.

Frank Loeffler
