[Users] problem with a mesh refinement

At run time, the function sf_IdFromName cannot be found. Judging from
the name, it would be provided by thorn SphericalSurface. Did you
activate this thorn?

If this is indeed the case, then I would have expected a better error
message pointing at this thorn.
