ET release:

* we will enter a soft freeze this afternoon (central time). After this
all commits require discussion. The only exception are documentation
changes which only need to be tested to properly compile (ie LaTeX must
run).

* all major features should be in be this afternoon

* will create release branch on May 24th

* issue https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/848 will change the
values on the grid for conformalMethod = 1. It was wrong before. We will
include a warning to this effect in the release notes.

* run tests on all machines

New thorns:

* Bruno and Peter will import EinsteinExact. Peter created tests for
AHFinderDirect using EinsteinExact which we will include besides the
current Exact ones.

Outstanding tickets:

* CCE warnings will not be fixed since avoiding them requires some code
rewrite. Since the code currently runs we will postpone this until after
the release.

* GRHydro: accept bugfixes but flush all new features (multirate,
sync_only_conserved) after the release.

* add Balsara MHD shock tubes as test suites for (G)RMHD

* Peter will include a performance fix by Christian Reisswig for
SummationByParts.

* leave status of https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/626 as is
since the error occurs only under special (and unusual) circustances and
was present in the last time
