[Users] OpenCL support for release?

I forgot to bring up yesterday the thorns ExternalLibraries/OpenCL,
CactusUtils/Accelerator, CactusUtils/OpenCLRunTime, and
CactusExamples/WaveToyOpenCL. These thorns work, OpenCL has
documentation, and WaveToyOpenCL has examples and test cases. Is it
still okay to add these thorns to the Einstein Toolkit thorn list? I
will add documentation to thorns Accelerator and OpenCLRunTime as
well.
