Eloisa

I (Roland) missed the meeting so these notes are essentially made up
from what I was told was discussed.

ET release:
* checkpoint/recovery failures in Carpet when more time levels than
required by prolongation_order_time are activated (see ticket
https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/626)
* Cactus Users Guide and Reference Manual share appendix -> leads to
  non-existent reference
* remaining tasks until the release
* please all run all testsuites
* Until the release, the ET is frozen as of this evening:
  - except for documentation, two maintainers are required for commits
