Misc:
* a new certificate for the trac server is still missing, Steve will
check what the current status is (Frank was looking into this before)

ET release:
* aim for week of Nov 5th for release date
* please all review a ticket this week (there are 14 open ones)
* Roland has build failures on Ubuntu related to isnan not being found
unambigiously (in std:: or :: namespace). This is with 32bit Version
Ubuntu: "Linux version 3.2.0-29-generic-pae (buildd at roseapple) (gcc
version 4.6.3 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.6.3-1ubuntu5) ) #46-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 27
17:25:43 UTC 2012". Tanja and Bruno use Ubuntu an report not problems.
Eloisa observed the same error with fedora.cfg. Ticket
https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/1122 contains the details.
* will try and add Excision mask support using Cray pointers as a test
case for Cray pointers before switching CCTK_ARGUMENTS to Cray pointers
(not this release)
* Bruno will provide MHD test cases based on the cylindrical explosion
and/or shocktube tests. Reduced in size to run in seconds.
