Hi Jakob

This message is a bit misleading, and we think about changing it. For
now, adding "-DCCTK_DISABLE_OMP_COLLAPSE" to both CCPFLAGS and FPPFLAGS
should do the trick (or to use newer Intel compilers if you can).
