[Users] McLachlan, UseSpatialBetaDriver

Hi,

I've missed this mail. I used to use UseSpatialBetaDriver to avoid AMR
instability rather than tuning time_refinement_factors. It worked well
in a bit outdated version of McLachlan. Something has changed in the
latest version?
