[Users] Different result in buffer zone at iteration 1 only on Gauss

Differences in the first iterations are often caused by differences when
setting up the past timelevels of the initial conditions. Can you output
the past timelevels at iteration 0 (i.e. of the initial conditions),
without performing any time evolution? There should be parameters for this
for both CarpetIOASCII and CarpetIODF5, whichever you prefer.
