Present:

Peter, Frank, Zach, Steve, Erik, Barry, Josh, Philipp, Ian.

Tickets:

   1618: New patches available that includes naming changes. We looked over
         the ticket. Erik has some suggestions that he will add (in fact
         he already did) to the ticket.

   1518: Roland committed the patch just before the call.

   1648: After discussion Steve will make some changes and update the
         patch.

   1651: Agree to apply the patch that makes it an error to use a variable
         value before setting it. Also add a more verbose error.

Git transition:

   Barry summarized the e-mail he sent last night and encouraged people to
   take a look at the remaining issues (link to list provided in the  e-mail).

   It was suggested is to move the TAT thorns into CactusUtils and
   CactusElliptic (make the license compatible).
   Erik would like to have the 4 Carpet arrangements moved into 1 Carpet
   arrangement (just a move in Git).
   Thorns in arrangements that are not part of ET should stay where they are.
   Frank will provide a mapping for unknown usernames.
   Ignore old tags that can not be handled by Git.

Illinois code:

   Constraint violations about a factor of 2 higher with GRHydro
   (when Marquina is used) compared to the Illinois code. Switching to
   HLLE improved the constraints by about 20%.
   Bruno did a test with Whisky and found consistent results with
   GRHydro for Marquina, but when switching to HLLE found Whisky to be
   consistent with the Illinois code and not with GRHydro. There
   may be an issue with HLLE in GRHydro.
