[Users] initial checkout failing for Wheeler release; machine down?

Hi all.

Is the machine hosting svn.einsteintoolkit.org down? It's not responding to
pings, and an attempted checkout of the latest ET release hangs with the
error message:

"Error: Couldn't download
http://svn.einsteintoolkit.org/manifest/branches/ET_2014_05/einsteintoolkit.th
correctly"

[This happens on all the machines I'm using, and taking out the
"--parallel" flag makes no difference.]
