[Users] Einstein Toolkit Meeting Minutes

Hi,

Present today were: Ian, Erik, Steve and Frank.

We discussed some of the recent tickets, in particular the problems with
the harmonic shift, and decided there to not disable it, but only add a
warning in param.ccl.

The transition to bitbucket repositories will start soon (this week),
with the flesh as first repository, and others following bit by bit.
This process should be finished as soon as possible to leave enough test
time before the next release.
