[Users] Kranc docs/papers updated?

I am wanting to write a thorn using Kranc.  I have the two papers 0404023
and 0411063 and am wondering whether the material therein is compatible
with say Hilbert?  Also, are there other docs that are not on gr-qc which
would be useful to read?  Or does one just begin by looking at the examples
and then try to craft a thorn?
