No new results from trying 'docker' were reported. There was some
discussion about how to get grid array interpolation working in Carpet,
in connection with using Carpet for CCE, in unigrid-mode. CarpetInterp
apparently does not provide the correct interpolation, and CarpetInterp2
does explicitly not support it.
