[Users] Simfactory: Retired machines

Note: The two machines SHC (Caltech) and Trestles (SDSC) have been retired
in the past month and are not accessible any more. Trestles has been
replaced by Comet, an off-the-shelf petascale machine (if such a thing is
possible) -- with that I want to say that it should be very easy to use.
