[Users] SPH in EinsteinToolkit

Hello everybody, 

I have not take a look on the problems Matt Kinsey mentioned yet, but I
can do so. It seems to me, these are the importent things, which have to
been solved first. 

My work until now was mainly about an approximation for the Tmunu data
from the SPH and for my work needed SPH-equations.
