[Users] CarpetRegrid2 Warnings

Hi All,

My BBH simulation produces warnings that look like this:

WARNING level 1 from host srvslshpc605.uct.ac.za process 8
  while executing schedule bin (none), routine (no thorn)::(no routine)
  in thorn CarpetRegrid2, file
/opt/exp_soft/EinsteinToolkit/Cactus/configs/ET/build/CarpetRegrid2/regrid.cc:389:
  -> Could not enforce grid structure properties in this round, starting
another round

Could anyone tell me what this means and how to fix it?
