Would it be possible to make the buttons in the menu bar have two
functions:
* all have a dropdown triangle and clicking on the it drops down a menu
  to select the subpages
* clicking on the non-dropdown part (ie most of it) links to the top
  level page of the category
* for the mobile version is probably has to be either one since it
  seems hard to hit the small dropdown arrow with fingers.
