[Users] Bug fix in PITTNullCode

Hi,
  Bela Szilagyi, Kevin Barkett, and Mark Scheel found a bug in the 
evolution equation for the metric variable J in the PITT Null Code. I 
pushed their fix to the master branch of the pittnullcode repository.

The erroneous term may have contributed only a small amount to the News 
because it's a third-order term.
