McLachlan testsuites:
* Chris at GT looking into this
* Frank will also ask Peter

GRHydro:
* testsuites still failing 
* remove fast-math from Ubuntu option list until a workaround/fix is
  found

KNL:
* progress getting it to work on Stampede2
* fails to compile with intel 18
* intel17 seems to produce OmniPath faults on larger core counts
* have open ticket on this with TACC (Christian)
* Roland to send Christian the current workaround for Intel 17 to
  compile (maybe also needed for Intel 18)
* Roland to work with Christian to add experimental Stampede 2 KNL setup
