[Users] Financial support for North American Einstein Toolkit School and Workshop at NCSA

Hello all,

if you are considering attending the North American Einstein Toolkit
School and Workshop then please keep in mind that he deadline for full
consideration for financial support is tomorrow *June 1st 2017*.

There are dedicated funds available for financial support, so if you
submit an application you stand a fair chance of at least some support.

Initial decisions on travel support will be announced around June 5th.
