[Users] Parameter file for rotating neutron star with IllinoisGRMHD

Not to my knowledge. The only single star LORENE reader in the ET is
for a magnetized NS.

RNS is proposed in
https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/einsteininitialdata/pull-requests/3/new-initial-data-thorn-for-grhydro/diff and that one seems to contain a set of parfiles as well.

You should be able to use this ID with IllinoisGRMHD as well (just take
the TOV example and swap tovsolver for rnsid).

BTW reviewers for the thorn are welcome.

I'll create a ticket for the inclusion.
