NSNS gallery example:
* no progress yet, still trying to get working code on SuperMike
* Peter will try this week, checking at suggestion by Roberto dePietri

Gallery examples reruns before release:
* BBH: Ian
* Poisson equation: ???, Roland to ask Shawn Rosofsky
* Multi-patch: Roland
* TOV star: Roland
* BNS: Peter

SuperMike updates:
* Peter will update once he has a working configuration

ET release:
* GiRaFFE - reduced memory usage of test cases (significantly, about
  1GB now) and output size (5MB), runtime (1m or less). Promised
  feedback end of this week.
* Proca - vector field (Miguel). Needs reviewer. Currently assigned to
  Steve. Peter volunteers. Request is in ticket:

* Lean - BSSN evolution code.   Needs reviewer. Possible assigned to
  Steve.

SphericalBSSN:
* Zach says the thron should be available and the repo listed in the
  paper. Also suggest to check ET users mailing list. If not there asks
  to have emails sent to him.

Auto-run gallery examples:
* should be run periodically about once a month
** maybe contact Ian Hinder who has been advocating this for a while
* right now we have no dedicated ET allocation
* should get allocation for this and for backend of tutorial server
** can also get allocation at LSU for this
** would need an allocation for JetStream as backend
* Zach will add a BNS IllinoisGRMHD example

QLM measurements:
* ticket exists: https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/2160
* no one has looked into this yet. Bhavesh will give it a try. Roland
  suggests to carefully check the expected result based on parameter
  settings.

* Peter says he heard IT support say in Steve's office that a solution
  is close

ET meeting:
* Miguel is setting up schedule and list of talks
* will send email asking about jupyterhub setup, will need a sample
  notebook from presenters
