[Users] SphericalBSSN with the ET

Hello all,

We have recently submitted a paper on BSSN in spherical coordinates within
the Einstein Toolkit, https://arxiv.org/abs/1802.09625

We plan on making all new thorns mentioned in the paper (evolution thorn,
boundary conditions, changes to diagnostics, gravitational wave extraction)
public in the near future and apply for them to be included in a future
release of the ET.
