Currently in "slight freeze", will have full freeze by end of week
** status of gallery examples [RH]
Peter heard back from Frank and Roberto, with a suggestion for a parameter to try with the patch
Frank suggested that refinement boxes in gallery example are rather small, which could lead to extra differences
* reviews [RH]
** GiRaFFE
Roland has no objections about including GiRaFFE, GiRaFFE_food, ID_converter_GiRaFFE
** WVUThorns_Diagnostics
postponed until next year's release
add to thorn list immediately after the release, needs to have tests as soon as it can, will be removed from thornlist if not ready by next year's release
** Lean
no progress, not included in this release
** Proca
Peter interacted with Miguel and Helvi, mostly about docs and tests. Will not be included in the upcoming release.

Sam will close https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/2172
others were already handled in mailing list
* unanswered question on mailing list / open tickets without responses

There will be no ET call on September 10th 2018 due to the ET meeting
in Lisbon.
